Hyatt Regency San Francisco Downtown Soma Hotel

Thank you everyone for a really great stay for services to look at our bathroom that had the ventilation ON the entire stay. The location was awesome, not too far from My Heart. We appreciated that the hotel was 23 minutes drive from the airport.

My first room was a little dated.

Thank you very much all for a perfectly pleasant stay of 9 nights. The hotel had a central position so close to downtown and Union Square and other bus stops. Also, a modern art museum was located in the immediate surroundings. The staff was responsive, professional with every request.

It was fairly clean and the staff were helpful, beds were comfy.

The hotel was a characterful base for enjoying a very vibrant area, short walk to Union Square and other bus stops. I loved that the room was warm with a view.

Newly decorated hotel, it was spotless, and the staff was professional. The absolutely fantastic breakfast had a great selection of meals and the food I tasted was good.

There was low water pressure and it was inconvenient.

An incredibly beautiful hotel, my first choice in San Francisco. I liked to be here, everything was great. The staff was pleasant all day long. Its location was central, a few steps away from Metreon. There was a superb bar with excellent service.

convenient place, good beds, brilliantly helpful staff. the room was bright and had an exceptional view of the city. central location, within walking distance of chinatown. the service was great during all my really amazing stay.

Perfect location, polite staff, all round real good experience! Hotel was exceptionally clean.

Such a very relaxing experience. The bed was perfect and it was great having full-length windows and dresser. With fast check-in and late check-out, this hotel was fancy. I was using free wifi in all rooms during my stay.

Views were not great.

An overall very nice hotel with absolutely brilliant rooms. Our room had a comfortable bed and a fascinating view. Decent location, not too far away from a shopping plaza. Early check in and in general efficient service: )

The hotel was low-budget, I appreciated large rooms and excellent staff.

Great bed and accommodating staff. We really enjoyed the views here that were beautiful! Nice base for exploring San Francisco.
